Our apartments are located on New Boulevard in Batumi in a quiet area. Ideal for a family holiday. You will quickly get there from the airport, the trip will take up to 10 minutes, there are never any traffic jams. We have high-quality fresh repairs. You will not have to wait 40 minutes to go up the elevator (as it happens in Batumi). Only 15 (not 50) floors in the building.

Where can I pick up the keys to my room?
Our administrator will meet you and check you into the apartment or leave the key for you at the reception and provide you with all the necessary information.
Is it possible to live with animals?
Yes, it is possible. When renting for up to 1 month, accommodation with animals is +25$ to the total cost. For long-term rent - check with the administrator.
